Deanna McAllister

Founder MSN, MHA-HI, FNP-BC, FAAMM

Deanna McAllister founded Vanished Aesthetics and Wellness in 2011, beginning as a traveling injectable studio before establishing our first brick-and-mortar location in Bloomington in 2015. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, she brings extensive expertise in aesthetics, bio-identical hormones, and functional medicine.

Her advanced credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing, a Master of Healthcare Administration in Health Informatics, and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds fellowship status with the American Academy of Metabolic Medicine (FAAMM) and maintains specialty certifications in advanced injectables, laser treatments, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and functional medicine approaches.

Under her leadership, Vanished has grown from a mobile injectable practice into a comprehensive wellness destination with two locations serving Bloomington and Columbus, Indiana. Her vision has always been clear – treat every client like family, provide evidence-based treatments, and create personalized care plans that respect individual timelines and budgets.

MICHELLE LEE

FNP-BC - Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Michelle joins us with an extensive background in family practice and weight loss management, having been with Vanished since 2022. She sees patients virtually for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, GI mapping, weight loss, and peptide therapies. She is licensed in multiple states, allowing us to extend our services outside the Indiana area.
She is knowledgeable, patient, and will take the time to listen and address all of your concerns. Patients often describe her as intelligent, thorough, and a delight to work with. She is dedicated to helping you get your health back on track.

MENDY MULLIS

PA-C - Certified Physician Assistant
Mendy Mullis received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Indiana University and her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University. With over 15 years of experience and a background in Family Medicine, she brings a rock-solid foundation to her Functional Medicine practice.
She has completed her training through the Institute of Functional Medicine and continues to grow and develop as a provider through practice and continuing education. She cares deeply for her patients and is passionate about helping them find their path to wellness.
Mendy was born and raised just south of Bloomington in Lawrence County. She still lives there with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Your Nursing Team

CARLIE EASTON

CLT, RN
Carlie is a Registered Nurse Injector and Certified Laser Technician, trained by the National Laser Institute. She utilizes her knowledge of lasers and injectables to optimize patient outcomes throughout their aesthetic care plans. Carlie is also certified in weight loss and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

LANIA GARRISON

RN
Lania is a Registered Nurse Injector who has been with Vanished since January of 2022. She is a native of Bloomington and has a passion for both aesthetics and wellness. Lania is certified in both bioidentical hormone replacement therapy as well as weight loss.

KAYLA NOLAN

RN
Kayla joined Vanished in 2023 and has flourished quickly in her injecting skills. She recently became Biote certified to place pellets and works in both our Bloomington and Indianapolis offices. She is described as knowledgeable, confident, and comforting.

David is a Certified Laser Technician and Licensed Esthetician who has been practicing for more than seven years. He loves skincare and prides himself in always helping his clients meet their skincare goals. He loves to laugh, always has a positive attitude and is willing to do everything to make the client experience valuable.

PAULA OCHS

Paula is our clinical manager. She oversees daily operations and marketing, serves as a resource to staff, and manages our regulatory compliance. She is there to ensure that every service is offered in accordance with procedural standards, that staff maintain the appropriate credentials to conduct them, and that the facility is always in tip-top shape. JENNIFER EAST,

PCC
Jenny will also field many of your calls and help you with the check-in/out process. Jenny has years of experience in office management and customer service and works diligently to get your questions answered and make your experience seamless.
